Policy: 

You must complete an official booking in order for the date of the event to be held, conversations and inquiries through Instagram/email do not guarantee booking until payment is received.  Once the booking is complete, refunds due to client cancellations for any reason are not allowed. In cases of weather, we always recommend for the client to have a backup INDOOR location in mind at time of booking, such as a personal residence or Airbnb, to set up the picnic if there is rain, high winds, etc.
